How much does a web site cost?
We have our complete pricing schedule in the Plans & Pricing section of our site. Upfront pricing, no surprises. Our average client is up and running with a fully functional website, designed to their specifications for well under $1000.00.

How long will it take you to design my site?
The average turn-around time for a website design depends on the complexity of the site and our backlog of projects. It is our goal to complete all projects within four weeks of contract signing.

Will you test my website design for cross-browser compatibility?
Yes, of course.

What are the hidden costs?
All of our costs are upfront and listed in the Plans & Pricing section of our site. If you have a special request or need a service that is not listed on our site, please contact us.

How do I update my website? Will I be able to do it myself?
We will teach you how. If you can use Outlook or MS Word, you can update the content on your own website.

I don’t have much time. Will you manage/maintain/update my website for me?
Yes! We have site maintenance plans to meet any need.

Do you have a privacy policy in place?
Yes, protecting your privacy and personal information is important to us. Please read our Privacy Statement and contact us with any questions you may have.

Can I get email with my website?
Yes! You will get a domain specific email address, or many if you need them.

Can I track how many visitors come to my website?
Yes! We recommend that you keep track of this important marketing information. We also provide training on how to use web analytics tools.

I just need my website updated, can you help me?
Yes! Email us or fill out our Request A Quote form for a free quote.

Who owns the website once you complete the design?
You retain full ownership of your website content and your website design. We believe that is the only approach because it is fair and ethical, which is the approach we take in all of our business dealings.

I already have a domain name, can I use that?
Yes! Providing you are the registrant of the domain name.

My last web designer quit, went out of business, changed their phone number or left the country. How do I know I will be able to reach you when I need changes to my site?
1.) We have few overhead costs which makes us a more stable and financially secure company. We are not going anywhere. This is especially important in today’s volatile economy.
2.) Customer service and loyalty is extremely important to us. We pride ourselves in returning calls, emails and texts promptly. We believe in resolving your concerns quickly and to your satisfaction.
3.) Although it has never happened here at Jatalie Web Design, if you do decide to take your site elsewhere, please know that we work within industry standards, properly comment our code, and we will provide documentation to your new designer.

What do you need from me to design my site?
For starters, any information you want included in your site. Photos, content, etc.

Do you offer logo design?
Yes! Email us or fill out our contact form for more information.

I don’t live in Denver. Do I need to hire a local web designer?
We create web sites for clients across the nation as well as in Colorado. In fact, 30% of our clients never meet with us locally. The world has become a global economy and communication is easy through email, web conferencing and phone calls.

How often can I make changes to my website design?
As often as you would like. In fact, we will teach you how to make most changes yourself, included in every website we sell. If you want us to do it for you, we charge $35.00 per hour, broken down into 15 minute increments so you are not charged for time we don’t use.
